Return policy’s

We're delighted to provide a refund or exchange for products returned in fully resaleable condition—unopened and unused—within 30 days. For damaged items, please send photos of the products.

As a policy, we cannot accept returns for unsealed products due to health and hygiene measures. To accommodate this, we offer sample sizes for testing the 100ml perfumes before purchasing. Each 100ml perfume purchase includes a complimentary 1ml sample.

Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we'll email you to confirm its arrival. You'll then receive notification regarding the approval or denial of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and the credited amount will be applied to your original method of payment within 2 to 5 working days.
